Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Click the "Order Status" button located at the top right-hand corner of our home page and follow the instructions that would ultimately lead you to what the status of your order is.

Q: Will you keep my order waiting because you do not have the book(s) I need in stock?
A: No. We will ship you only the books we have in stock and therefore do not hold all or part of your order because we do not have all the items orderded in one piece. You are welcome to put the books that are out of stock at the time of your ordering in your "wish list" for us to contact you once they become available in our inventory. Once the book(s) you ordered is/are shipped, that status changes to "order completed".

Q: How will I know if my order is delayed?
A: We send out email notifications regarding order related issues including problems with credit card approval and item availability updates.

Q: Does "ships within 48 hours if available," mean I should expect to receive my order within the next two days?
A: No. The ęships withinę phrase defines how long it takes to prepare each item for shipment. The time frames are based on the availability of each item. Actual receipt is determined by many other variable, including the shipping method chosen.

Q: What notifications will I receive regarding my order?
A: The most frequent email notices we send are to confirm receipt of your order and to inform you as items in your order are shipped. We also send notifications about issues such as changes in the expected shipping time frame, problems with billing, and cancellation notices.

Q: Can I add an item to an existing order?
A: NO. Our transaction with you begins immediately after receiving your order. Therefore, once an order is received it cannot be recalled to add new items.
