How do I cancel an item from an order?

Click Order Status in the upper right corner of the page. When you are signed in, you may click See Details for a specific order that hasn't been shipped yet, and you may remove an item by checking the Remove box. Next, click Update Your Order, and we'll ask you to confirm your choice. It is also possible to cancel an entire order by removing each item. If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
We currently do not have a provision for Returns except when we erroneously ship an item that is at variance with what you ordered.
Therefore, we advise that you scrutinize your order(s) before finalizing your transaction to avoid the pain of being stuck with book(s) or item(s) that you do not need.
