What is your returns policy?

We will issue a store credit that you can apply towards the purchase of another book or product that we have in stock at the time of return or at another time. Your store credit will be good for one year from the date of return.
However, we will issue you a full refund if we send you a wrong book.
All books to be returned must be in the same exact condition as it was when it left our bookstore.

What is the return process?

If you feel that we sent you a wrong book(s) or item(s) that is different from what you ordered, you should send us an email with a detail description of the book(s) or item(s) e.g ISBN, Author, title, edition and the condition of the book within 5 business days of receiving the book(s) or item(s) at our expense to enable us determine whether the mistake was ours.
If we determine that the mistake is ours, we shall send you a shipping label via email so that you can ship the book(s) or item(s) to us at our expense.
Once we receive the book(s) or item(s) we shall send you the (replacement) appropriate book(s) or tiem(s) you had ordered or authorize Paypal to refund you 100% the cost you paid to us plus the shipping and handling.
The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
