Q: Do you deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays?
A: The shipping couriers we use deliver on normal business days, which usually exclude weekends and national holidays. Weekend deliveries may be made to our clients in Houston on demand at an added cost. Please, contact us by email.

A: Visabooks.com can ship to virtually any address in the United states and Canada. Details of shipping and handling cost for US residents is on our checkout area. Canadian residents should check with the various couriers about shipping cost and the various tariffs that the customs charge for goods coming into Canada from the US if any.

Q: How will you ship my books?
A: We have an agreement with UPS ground to handle all our shipping needs. However, you have the final decision as to which company and services to use from among the ones listed on our website. We will ship your books within 48 business hours of receiving your order of any of our listed available books in accordance with the courier preference chosen by you. Because, shipping is the responsibility of a third party, we will not assume responsibilities for any delay, damage or loss of the books that we ship to you. Therefore, it is advisable that you add some form of insurance to protect your books against loss or damage.

Q: Who pays shipping costs?
A: The cost of shipping and handling would be paid by you. The charges will depend on the weight of your books, and where you are located in the US or Canada. Return Policy: We currently do not have a provision for Returns except when we erroneously ship an item (books or any other media materials) that is at variance with what you ordered. So for now, all sales are final.

Q: How long will it take for my orders to arrive ?
A: We cannot guarantee the time of arrival of your order because we do not have control over how the couriers make their schedules once we hand over packages to them. Please, check with your preferred courier.

Q: Will you ship my order even if I do not have a paypal account or Credit Card?
A: Yes. If you send us a check with your printed order, we will honor your order once it has been established that you have enough money to cover the cost of the book(s) you ordered. It may take a little longer to make sure that we get the check cleared before shipping out your order.
