What condition must textbooks be in to participate in the buy-back program?

We are interested in textbooks that are in good condition. Therefore, textbooks that have mildew stains, missing pages, or an extensive amount of notation or highlighting are deemed unacceptable. Books that we determine to be in unsatisfactory condition will not be paid for and therefore destroyed or thrashed.

If I purchase a used textbook, can I return it?

Yes. We will issue a store credit that you can apply towards the purchase of another book or product that we have in stock at the time of return or at another time. Your store credit will be good for one year from the date of return.
However, we will issue you a full refund if we send you a wrong book.
All books to be returned must be in the same exact condition as it was when it left our bookstore.
